From cheese counters to coffee, homeware to handmade treats, at each site we work with over 70 local producers to share the best of our regions. Our butchers at Gloucester and Tebay Services are true craftspeople — preparing beautiful cuts, handmade products, and even salting sheepskins for our Farmshops. We work nose-to-tail, using every part of the animal, with much of our meat coming straight from our farm, just a mile from Tebay. If you’re passionate about provenance, skilled in your craft (or keen to learn), and love talking food with customers, you’ll fit right in.

Fuel is essential on any journey - and so is the team behind it. Our Filling Stations are fast-paced and convenience-focused, serving everything from hot drinks to essentials on the go. You’ll be part of a small, busy team keeping customers moving and making sure every stop is a smooth one.

Just off the M6, but it feels a world away — our Hotel at Tebay is a calm, welcoming spot, thanks to our hardworking team. Whether it’s serving in the busy restaurant and bar, welcoming guests at reception, preparing rooms, or looking after conference visitors, everyone plays a part. Based behind the scenes but closely connected to the action, our Family Office teams support everything we do across our sites. From Finance & Payroll to Buying & Food Development, from People & Safety to Marketing & Design, we give our operational teams the tools they need to deliver a great customer experience. Many of us have worked in various hospitality roles ourselves, so we understand the pace and pressure - especially on a busy Summer Saturday - and we’ve grown our careers from there.

Based at Rheged in Penrith, our Westmorland Kitchen team make the home-cooked food for our motorway services - from scratch, every day. Our bakers craft real bread, without additives. Our cooks batch sauces, roast vegetables, and prep everything by hand. Whether you’re baking, cooking, or packing for delivery, you’ll be part of a skilled team that takes pride in doing things properly - just like a home kitchen, only on a bigger scale.

Junction 38 Truckstop is a welcoming place with a real family feel. Our close-knit team looks after drivers and visitors with proper hospitality — from great food to a friendly hello.
