We are looking for a new Buyers Administrator within our Butchery Team based at our Family Office located at The Rheged Centre in Penrith. This role will become our go – to person for all things commercial, within our butchery department. You will be involved in helping us improve our financial controls, through coordination of stock counts, invoice management, cost prices and reviewing/reporting of data. Playing a key role in liaising information between Butchery, Finance & Food Development teams.
This is a new role, so opportunity for the right person to make it their own!
Accountabilities:
- Creation and Analysis of all butchery financial management reporting information, providing full breakdown of product costs, production costs, purchasing, sales, margins, and stock management, supporting improved decision making.
- Coordinate the butchery stock take compiling and analysing the results as appropriate.
- To coordinate and review butchery financial transactions, including internal transfers, Price lists and invoices.
- Work Closely with Head of Butchery/Head of Food Sourcing on other ad hock projects as these arise.
- Supporting with the implementation of a new stock traceability system.
