Leading from the front you will work with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
Whilst on shift you will ensure each department have what they need to provide a great service to our guests.
This is a hands on role that requires both F&B and Reservation skills but you will also be confident to deal with emergency situations.
Through supporting the management team, there will be the opportunity to develop your skills in Health and Safety and to assist with the Training and Development of the teams
This is an exciting role that can be developed based on the strengths of the candidate.
Your responsibilities
- To be the point of contact for any management issues while on shift
- To prioritise, organise and delegate to your team to ensure the service runs smoothly and that our guests receive an exceptional experience
- To motivate your team to provide excellent service and always lead by example.
- To assist the Deputy Operations Manager with fulfilling our Health and Safety requirements
- To communicate with the Management team to help develop the hotel and it’s colleagues
You will work 5 straight shifts per week. These will be a mix of 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm. #WFHP
